Ordering

Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER (the fastest method)
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to California State. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order. Your actual tax may vary depending upon the county you are shipping to.

Coupon Redemption

To redeem a coupon, simply click on the coupon link provided or enter the coupon claim code during the checkout process. Coupons are redeemable for one time and one purchase only. All coupon codes have an expiration date clearly displayed on the coupon or creative. Coupons may be canceled or expired early if fraudulent purchases have been made.

Non-negotiable and non-transferable. Applies only to in stock items. Offer good while supplies last. No rain checks will be issued for out of stock items where coupons are currently still valid. If coupons are intentionally misused, it may result in an the cancellation of the order.

International Orders

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Please use our Shipping Calculator to calculate actual cost. Orders typically take 10-21 business days.

Return Policy

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund less charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any items that are not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return).
